UConn 4-H State Council

The mission of the UConn 4-H State Council is to educate and enhance 4-H in Connecticut. We achieve this by doing Statewide leadership activities, civic engagement, and facilitating programs that occur at the Club, County, and State levels. Rylee, State President - Tolland County

Hi everyone! My name is Rylee J. and I am your President for the 2025-2026 UConn 4-H State Council! This is my third year serving on the Council. I have been a member of Tolland County 4-H for 12 years now. My main projects are camelids, small engines, leadership, and community service. 4-H has been one of the biggest parts of my life for as long as I can remember. It has taught me so many important life skills that I hope I can share with other 4-Hers.

Erin, State Vice President - Litchfield County

Hi everyone! My name is Erin B. and I am representing Litchfield County as your 2025-2026 UConn 4-H State Council Vice President! This is my 8th year in 4-H. My main project areas are textile arts, leadership, and citizenship. 4-H has been an influential part of my life and I can not wait to share that with others!

Adelise, State Secretary - Windham County

Hello everyone! My name is Adelise Y. I will be representing Windham Tolland County as the 2025-2026 UConn 4-H Teen council’s secretary . This is my tenth year in 4-H, and my projects are community service, leadership, dairy, and working steer! I am super excited to see what our team's leadership can bring to 4-H this year!

Caeli, State Treasurer - Hartford County

Hi everyone! My name is Caeli S. and I will be serving as the UConn 4-H State Council Treasurer this year! This is my first year on the council, and my eighth year as a member of Hartford County 4-H. I have shown chickens, rabbits, and sheep. I can't wait to see what our council will accomplish together!
