- CT Recognition (2019 National 4-H Congress or 2019 National Dairy Conference)
- Due to the New Haven Extension Office no later than the morning of June 3rd. Typically for 4-H members ages 15+.
Same form can be used for National 4-H Conference (held annually in the spring and due to the office at the end of December) as well as Citizenship Washington Focus, held in alternating years.

The Middlesex and New Haven County 4-H Fair will occur during the first week of August, beginning on the 6th, at the Fairgrounds in Durham, Connecticut. While not open to the public, friends and family of exhibitors will still be allowed to attend.
